Chicken breast (1,000g)

Carrots – raw (445 grams)

Broccoli – raw (680 grams)
Salt (1 tsp)
Black pepper (1 tsp)
Grain Trust Steamed Jasmine Rice (4 cups)
Noble Made buffalo sauce (85g)
Season your chicken breast with the listed seasonings. Place on a sheet tray and place in the oven at 450 degrees (F) until cooked through (~10-12 minutes). Remove once done and shred up/dice into bite size pieces.
Dice carrots into bite size pieces, place on a sheet tray, season with salt and black pepper, then place in a 450 degree (F) oven until caramelized to your liking (~10-15 minutes). Remove once done.
If you bought bagged broccoli (which is what we do), just steam in the microwave, then dump in a mixing bowl and season with salt and black pepper. If you bought whole broccoli crowns, dice into bite size pieces, then bake at 450 degree (F) with the carrots, and remove once done.
For you rice, you can make fresh rice, but if you bought the Grain Trust frozen rice, just steam in the microwave according to the instructions.
To assemble, place a bed of rice down in the bottom of your bowl, then add the shredded chicken, diced carrots, and diced broccoli. Top with buffalo sauce (~15g per serving), and you’re ready to enjoy!
