Brooklyn Bred flatbread (1)
Chicken breast (150g – raw)
Arugula (30g)
Mozzarella (25g)
Cherry tomatoes (50g)
Balsamic glaze (10g)
Basil (10g)
Season a chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then cook in a skillet on medium heat until cook through. Remove from the pan, then shred/dice. (Alternatively, you can just buy a rotisserie chicken.)
To your flatbread, spread a layer of your shredded chicken and then layer shredded mozzarella. Add diced cherry tomatoes over the top then place in a 450 degree (F) oven for ~8 minutes, or until the crust is cooked to your liking.
Remove once done, then top with arugula, chopped basil, and balsamic glaze. Cut the flatbread into slices, and enjoy!
