For the steak, slice into thin strips, then toss in a mixing bowl. Season with the listed seasonings and ingredients, then mix well.
Place steak in a skillet on high heat. Let sear until color is developed and cooked through. Remove into a clean bowl once done.
In the same pan, turn the heat down to medium, spray with oil, then add in your diced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño. Cooked until caramelized and softened (~3-5 minutes) – remove once done.
For the sauce, place everything in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Adjust lime juice to your liking.
For the rice, microwave your rice bags – or cook dry rice in a sauce pan – and toss in a mixing bowl. Add chopped cilantro and lime juice, then mix well.
To prep, add rice to the bottom of the container, then the steak followed by the vegetables, some grated pepper jack cheese, your sauce, and optionally, some chopped cilantro. Enjoy! 🙂
