Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (40g)Vanilla extract (1 tsp)Chobani Vanilla zero sugar yogurt (75g)2% milk (120g)Chia seeds (12g)Honeycrisp apples (100g)Maple syrup (10 ml)Ground cinnamon (pinch)
Simple add all of the ingredients into serving containers, and give a good mix. (For the apples, I like to dice into small bite size pieces.)
Let store in the fridge overnight. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge, mix with a spoon, and you’re ready to enjoy! 🙂
