Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (40g)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Chobani Vanilla zero sugar yogurt (75g)
2% milk (120g)
Chia seeds (12g)
Honeycrisp apples (100g)
Maple syrup (10 ml)
Ground cinnamon (pinch)
Simple add all of the ingredients into serving containers, and give a good mix. (For the apples, I like to dice into small bite size pieces.)
Let store in the fridge overnight. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge, mix with a spoon, and you’re ready to enjoy! 🙂
