1 Brooklyn Bred flatbread
100 grams Rao’s tomato basil sauce
100 grams Low-fat cottage cheese
35 grams Mozzarella
30 grams Turkey pepperoni (Boar’s Head)
To a blender, add the tomato sauce and low-fat cottage cheese, and blend until smooth. (Alternatively, you can simply just mix these two ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.)
To your flatbread, spread a layer of your sauce, then layer shredded mozzarella, and then place your pepperonis over the top. Place in a 450 degree (F) oven for ~8 minutes, or until the crust is cooked to your liking.
Remove once done, then optionally top with a little bit of grated parmesan and basil. Cut the flatbread into slices, and enjoy!
