93/7 Ground turkey (2 lbs)
Salt (2 tsp)
Black pepper (2 tsp)
Garlic powder (2 tsp)
Fennel seed (2 tsp)
Italian seasoning (2 tsp)
Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
Calabrian chilis (10 grams)

Shells pasta (275 grams)
Broccolini (600 grams)
Parmesan (60 grams)
Reserved pasta water (175 grams)
1. To cook the broccolini, dice into bite size chunks, then add to boiling water and let boil until it’s tender, then drain and set to the side.
2. Add the ground turkey to a mixing bowl. Spray with oil then season with the listed seasonings. Mix well, then place into a skillet set on medium-high heat, and let sear until browned and cooked through.
3. To cook the pasta (of your choice – we use shells), simply add to boiling water and let simmer until done.
4. Drain the pasta water, then add your cooked turkey and broccolini to the pasta and toss everything together. Add in the grated cheese and combine until the cheese is nice and melted.
5. To prep, add the pasta to each container and you’re ready to eat. Enjoy 🙂
